Overview As a Business Analyst, you translate business needs into actionable requirements and support agile delivery for Gartner’s conference technology ecosystem. You’ll partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, identify opportunities, and deliver tech-enabled solutions that enhance attendee and partner experiences. You’ll analyze data, define measurable outcomes, and help steer AI-enabled capabilities and automation across the program. and validation Identify opportunities to improve user experiences and leverage automation/AI-enabled capabilities Partner with technology teams throughout the solution lifecycle from requirements to testing and implementation Support conference operations by resolving business and tech challenges remotely and onsite at Gartner conferences worldwide Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, adoption, and successful delivery of solutions Requisitos principales 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, product delivery, project management, or related field Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with ability to solve complex business problems and provide data-driven recommendations Customer-focused mindset and ability to advocate for value-driven solutions Excellent verbal, written, and facilitation skills with ability to elicit feedback and document requirements for both business and technical audiences Self-motivated, accountable, results-oriented, with strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across cross-functional teams Organized with strong time management and attention to detail; experience in Agile or iterative delivery a plus Understanding of business systems, data flows, and technology concepts to effectively partner with development teams Familiarity with Jira or similar platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Willingness to travel up to 10 times per year to support Gartner conferences Analytical thinking Problem solving Customer focus Jira or similar platforms Agile or iterative delivery experience Understanding of business systems and data flows
