Responsibilities
- Conduct comparative research and evaluation projects, using both qualitative (e.g. interviews, desk research, thematic analysis) and quantitative research methods (e.g. statistical analysis, data triangulation), under the supervision of a project director.
- Assign work packages to project teams and external experts, and coordinate their activities, drawing on experience managing large, multi-country research teams.
- Support project teams on methodological aspects,



including quality assurance and validation of research findings.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and partners, including EU institutions, agencies, and civil society organisations.
- Help to ensure delivery of project work within budget and to a high standard.
- Lead tenders and reports on gender equality and non-discrimination issues for the European Commission, EU agencies, and other EU clients, including comparative analysis and case studies.
- Collaborate closely with other project teams, external partners, and stakeholders, including facilitating workshops and interviews.
- Provide line management support to team members, alongside project work.
- Contribute to business strategy and development plans, including dissemination of research findings through publications and presentations.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in political science, public policy, gender studies, social anthropology, or a relate
