It serves more than 12,000 companies worldwide and has over 1,800 employees across 12 offices.Задачи:Conduct structured discovery conversations with existing account contacts to identify event spending, upcoming programs, and unmet needsMap account stakeholders, including MICE budget owners, decision-makers, and areas where Perk Events has no presenceBuild and maintain an opportunity pipeline sourced from existing accounts, with accurate CRM forecasting and dataIdentify seasonal event-planning triggers and engage accounts ahead of planning cyclesExplain the Perk Events value proposition and MICE capabilities to account stakeholdersQualify and brief event leads internally,



handing them over to the conversion team with client requirements and expectationsPosition Perk Events as the go-to provider for an account’s full events calendarBuild relationships across accounts with senior decision-makers and budget holdersConnect existing commercial account relationships with the events/MICE proposition, working with Account Managers on client engagementManage the CRM pipeline, including deal stages, values, and qualificationReport weekly on activity metrics, pipeline health, and pipeline generation against targetsShare market intelligence and client feedback with Events and Commercial teams to inform product development and go-to-market strategyUse AI tools to research and prioritize accounts, draft and refine outreach, improve customer interactions, synthesize information, and reduce administrative workТребования:Demonstrable experience in business development, account growth, or sales within events SaaS, a corporate travel management company, an events agency, or a hospitality groupProven ability to grow
