Задачи:

- Participate in end-to-end selection processes for different profiles
- Publish job openings and actively source candidates across different platforms
- Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews with managers and follow up with candidates throughout the process
- Collaborate on Employer Branding projects to strengthen the employer brand
- Update and maintain candidate information in recruitment tools
- Participate in job fairs, talent events, and educational center events
- Support the creation of social media content and talent attraction campaigns
- Collaborate on initiatives related to internship and scholarship programs
