This remote role offers the opportunity to support the operational backbone of a growing international People function. You will take ownership of employee documentation, HR data, benefits administration, reporting, and people-related systems across a distributed workforce. The role combines hands‐on administration with data analysis, process improvement, and cross‐functional collaboration. You will help ensure employee information and HR processes remain accurate, consistent, and well organized throughout the employee lifecycle. You will also contribute to making People Operations more efficient and scalable through automation and practical applications of AI. Working with an international and multicultural team,



you will have broad exposure to HR operations while developing your skills in a technology‐driven environment.
Accountabilities:
- Own day‐to‐day employee documentation processes, including agreements, amendments, terminations, and other employee‐related documentation, ensuring information is accurate, complete, properly stored, and processed on time.
- Support employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding while maintaining consistent documentation across relevant systems and repositories.
- Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS and other People‐related systems, regularly reviewing data quality, identifying inconsistencies, and coordinating corrections.
- Support employee data changes related to hires, transfers, promotions, exits, organizational changes, and other lifecycle events.
