In this role you shape AI and data strategy for clients, translating complex data into actionable value and leading large-scale delivery within a cross-functional team. You define roadmaps, operating models, and governance to turn AI initiatives into measurable business outcomes. You’ll engage senior stakeholders, lead workstreams, and drive transformation at scale in the Supply Chain & Engineering domain. Responsabilidades
- Shape vision and opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention
- Define and structure data & AI strategy to grow assets and technologies
- Assess AI/data foundation maturity and define future-ready operating model and platform blueprint
- Create business case, investment profile and roadmap for strategy delivery
- Infuse Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships to cultivate innovation
- Identify people,



processes and technologies to operationalize AI solutions
- Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities

Requisitos principales
- Demonstrable AI & Data experience including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
- High-value consulting experience with large-scale delivery and strong stakeholder management
- Engineering problem-solver mindset applying technology to complex business problems
- Strong program management, verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership and ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and stakeholder relationships
- Understanding of modern AI capabilities including ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Semantic Search
- Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps and AI industrialization concepts is a plus
- Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, SAP, Spark, Databricks, Palantir, AWS, Azure (AI), Neo4j, MLflow, Airflow, LangChain/Semantic Kernel
- Fluent in Spanish & English (written and spoken)
