I am working with Spain's leading Big 4 firm in M&A, assisting to hire Transaction Services professionals for their new office in Malaga. Most work is conducted in English, so even if you don't speak much Spanish, you can still apply.You will work as part of the firm's national practice and therefore be involved in large national and international deals. you will:Provide financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to corporate firms and private equity fund clientsEngage with executive management at target companies and vendor assistance during sell side transactionsAdvise clients on sale and purchase agreements including commercial and pricing negotiationsIdentifying key value drivers and driving financial analysis on buy and sell side due diligence engagementsProject managing teams and help to develop junior colleaguesWho we're looking for:Educated to degree level3+ years' professional experience gained in a large accountancy firmMinimum 1 year experience delivering financial due diligence engagementsFluent English (Spanish language skills are highly desirable but not essential)#J-18808-Ljbffr
