As an Incident Management Reliability Engineer in Sanofi's Service Quality team, you safeguard the stability of critical IT services that support a global biopharma. Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end Major Incidents (P1/P2) with timely resolution and clear stakeholder communication
- Act as command centre lead during outages, coordinating across technical and business teams
- Maintain comprehensive incident documentation (root cause, timeline, resolution)
- Drive post-incident reviews and ensure action items prevent recurrence
- Ensure ITSM-aligned communication and escalation processes per ITIL




- Provide technical leadership during incidents to improve decision-making quality and speed
- Foster cross-functional troubleshooting to resolve complex issues during high-severity outages
- Champion a structured, data-driven approach (AIOps) to diagnosis and resolution while managing risk controls
- Collaborate with service owners and platform teams to improve observability, resilience, and fault tolerance
- Contribute to capacity planning, change reviews, and failure mode analysis
- Define and track SLOs/SLIs/SLAs to measure service health
- Automate operational tasks and enhance service recovery with scripts and runbooks
- Shape and evolve the Major Incident Process across the organization

Requisitos principales
- 8+ years in incident management, reliability engineering, or related IT operations
- Strong foundation in networking and infrastructure as code; cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) plus virtualization, containerization, automation, databases, and middleware/scheduling
