- Strong experience with Laravel 10/11 and comfort working with older Laravel 8/9 codebases
- In-depth knowledge of PHP 8.3+
- Excellent SQL skills across MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Fluency in Git version control and GitHub PR workflow
- Experience with Kafka and Avro schemas, including producers, consumers, and Schema Registry
- Confidence working with Jira
- Familiarity with CI/CD compliance tools, including PHPStan, PHPCS, PHPUnit, and ESLint
- Experience with Docker
- Solid understanding of the application lifecycle, including migrations, deploys, and rollbacks
- Experience with unit and integration testing, including Test-Driven Development
- Experience writing applications compatible with common logging interfaces




- Comfort using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in daily workflows, including writing effective prompts, reviewing model output, and validating generated diffs
- Positive attitude toward feature flags and incremental rollouts
