Project title: Preclinical and clinical characterization of the role of the Hippo signaling pathway in resistance to anti-HER2 therapies in HER2-positive breast cancer.

The following will be particularly valued:





Master's degree in Biomedicine, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Oncology, Immunology or related fields.

Research experience in oncology/biomedicine through employment, fellowship, BSc/MSc research project or research placement.

Experience in cell culture and molecular/cellular biology techniques (RT-qPCR, Western blotting, ELISA, immunofluorescence/IHC and/or flow cytometry).

Experience in tumor microenvironment, CAFs, immune cells, co-culture models, breast cancer, therapy resistance or targeted therapies.

Training or experience in transcriptomic analysis, RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq and/or bioinformatics tools (R, Python or others).

Publications, conference communications and other scientific dissemination activities.

Stays at national/international centres, private-sector experience, teaching, outreach and/or R&D;&i; management.
