In this role you will lead global corporate IT for Docplanner, shaping the strategy and operating model for workplace technology and IT service delivery. You will enable a seamless, secure, and scalable experience for colleagues across multiple markets, reducing friction and fragmentation. You will balance reliability, security, colleague experience, and cost while driving a product-like approach to IT services. This is a chance to influence a growing, AI-enabled healthcare platform at scale and shape how teams collaborate worldwide.

Responsabilidades

- Define and own the global IT strategy and operating model for workplace technology and service delivery
- Lead end-user computing, identity and access, device lifecycle, collaboration tools, and office connectivity
- Oversee asset and license management, vendor relationships, and operational resilience
- Collaborate with Security, Business Systems, People Experience, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to ensure a coherent user experience
- Build a roadmap balancing reliability, security, colleague experience, and cost
- Turn recurring friction into solved problems rather than repetitive tickets
- Develop and lead a distributed IT team with clear priorities and service standards




- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical leaders, guiding difficult decisions
- Drive automation and explore AI to improve support, provisioning, analysis, and controls while maintaining safeguards

Requisitos principales

- Start from business needs rather than tools; distinguish technology problems from process issues
- Treat IT service as a product and use data to identify productivity losses and address root causes
- Experience leading IT in a complex, multi-country organization with integral standards and local flexibility

- Operate with operational and commercial discipline: budgets, vendors, licenses, assets, and technology portfolios
- Lead meaningful change, develop capable leaders, and build trusted teams
