PURPOSE OF CONTRACT: Collaborator on activities related to the project/agreement stated.




TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUTThe candidate is expected to work on the search for decays of long-lived particles (dark hadrons):
- Preparation of the data and simulation samples for the search, using data from the LHCb experiment.
- Development and implementation of the methodology, and validation of the analysis techniques.
- BSc degree in the field of physics or mathematics

Additional InformationEligibility criteriaMERIT ASSESSMENT CRITERIAExperience and qualifications
- Having developed advanced programs in Python and/or C++ (1 point for each program with more than 100 lines of code, up to a maximum of 2 points).
- Being or having been a member of one of the following LHC experimental collaborations: ATLAS, CMS, LHCb or ALICE (1 point).
- Experience in the analysis of long-lived particles (1 point per year of experience in the analysis of long-lived particles, up to a maximum of 2 points).
- Presentation of research results at conferences/work
