Working closely with clients and project teams, the DM Lead ensures data is migrated accurately, on time, and in line with agreed quality standards and project requirements.

The role involves managing day-to-day migration activities, coordinating DM Support resources, providing guidance to clients, and reporting progress to the Workstream Lead.

As a key client-facing role, the DM Lead is expected to recommend the most suitable solutions, drive issue resolution, and ensuring successful delivery of all country‑level migration deliverables.
