Cloud FinOps Business PartnerAbout the RoleAs a Cloud FinOps Business Partner at NiCE, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and governing a large-scale cloud footprint. This position sits at the intersection of multiple teams including Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and IT, focusing on turning cloud usage into measurable savings and enhancing business value. You will drive cost visibility and lead initiatives that promote best-practice FinOps, thereby improving cloud efficiency and governance within the organization. Your contributions will significantly impact the company's financial health and strategic resource allocation, as you'll support business units with insights into cloud costs and efficiencies. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to contextualize cloud billing data and promote data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities- Prepare reports, dashboards, and cost breakdowns to support cloud cost transparency.- Collaborate with Engineering, Cloud Ops, Finance, and Product teams to translate cost insights into actionable strategies.- Analyze usage data to identify opportunities for saving and assist with company-wide efficiency programs.- Maintain FinOps KPIs and reporting; develop and oversee optimization roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.- Monitor Reserved Instances and Savings Plans,
flagging commercial opportunities for review.- Analyze AWS cost and usage reports to assist in budget tracking and variance analysis.- Work with stakeholders to contextualize cloud billing data for non-technical audiences.- Contribute to FinOps initiatives related to AI workloads by tracking associated cloud costs.Required Skills- Minimum of 2 years of FinOps experience within large-scale organizations.- At least 5 years of complex project management experience.- Proficiency with AWS and Azure services; familiarity with GoogleCloud Platform (GCP) is advantageous.- Strong data-analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or Information Technology.- Understanding of accounting and financial concepts.- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.- Proficient in English.Benefits- Hybrid work model (NiCE-FLEX): 2 days in the office and 3 days remote each week.- Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding general company.- Collaborative work environment focused on innovation and teamwork.Useful Links- [LinkedIn](https://...)- [Company Website](https://...)- [Careers](https://...)Why You Might Be InterestedThis role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a market-disrupting company that values innovation and collaboration.
