Overview

As the founding Senior AI Enablement Engineer, you will turn scattered AI experiments into reusable building blocks—templates, agents, integrations, and safe defaults—so teams ship faster. You’ll shape the AI Enablement function within IT, collaborating with Security, Legal & Privacy, Engineering, Data, and business units to scale AI adoption. This role blends hands-on building with governance, enabling cross-team acceleration while maintaining safety. You’ll lead by building a shared platform that unlocks value across the company and grows with the function.

Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market and senior stakeholders to translate ideas into viable AI use cases
- Create and maintain reusable building blocks: templates, skills, agents, MCP servers, integrations, and internal tools
- Define reference architectures and recommended patterns for internal AI solutions
- Design and enforce secure defaults for identity, permissions, secrets, and data access
- Maintain a living catalog of internal AI projects and promote reuse
- Provide architecture reviews and guidance to accelerate execution while managing risk




- Deliver enablement activities: office hours, guides, hands-on sessions, and a community of internal AI champions
- Evaluate tools and vendors, define ownership and lifecycle management for solutions

Requisitos principales
- Strong programming experience with production work involving APIs, integrations, identity/auth, and automation
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agents, and daily AI usage in workflow
- Background in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Systems, or internal tooling
- Ability to translate business needs to buildable AI solutions that advance real goals
- Enabler mindset: promote safe, rapid AI adoption and unblock teams
- Security-minded: least privilege, secrets hygiene, dependency risk awareness
- Founder energy: able to start from zero and drive toward measurable outcomes
