The role focuses on team management, KPI and SLA monitoring, performance improvement, escalations and collaboration with Quality and senior operational stakeholders. What you need to bring

- Strong communication and feedback skills
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Ability to analyse KPIs and performance data
- Experience with customer service processes and best practices
- Fluent Chinese and English, spoken and written
- Previous experience managing customer service teams
- Native or near-native level of Danish
