We are currently looking for: Analyst Performance management & Controlling Spain – (M/F) Permanent contractWithin the Southern Europe team (15 people) and reporting directly to the Senior Manager Performance Management & Controlling, your main responsibilities are as follows:
- You act as a true business partner in the operational management of the shopping centers within your portfolio: you advise, challenge, and proactively provide relevant analyses and ideas.
- You work closely with operational teams and accounting on routine processes such as closing, forecasting, rolling forecasts, budgeting, and reporting, while ensuring the rigor, transparency, and relevance required to manage a P&L; (NRI and CAPEX).
