This role ensures consistent project methodology, effective execution, and active maintenance of the project portfolio.Your Responsibilities- Drive and support project delivery across the business as needed.- Projects will span multiple functional areas, with a particular emphasis on IT infrastructure initiatives, such as office downsizing or rebuilds, warehouse relocations or expansions, and IT‑enabled workplace transformations.- Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure projects, including Data Center migrations to cloud environments, telephony, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and SFTP upgrades or other infrastructure modernization initiatives.- Apply best‑practice project management standards to create and maintain project documentation, including detailed project plans, ensuring activities are executed on time and to required quality standards.- Plan, track, and report on project progress, ensuring risks, issues, and dependencies are identified and managed proactively.- Mobilise project teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, engagement, and support throughout the project lifecycle to deliver effective and sustainable change.- Provide constructive challenge and guidance to influence decisions and drive optimal project outcomes.- Promote professional project management practices by delivering a consistent, transparent,
