Overview In this role you will strengthen Diagnostics Direct Procurement by embedding scalable processes and digital enablement across a global, cross-functional setting. You drive end-to-end process analysis, design future-state models, and foster data-driven decision-making with a focus on standardization and automation. You will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and digital solutions, contributing to a Performant Demand-to-Pay framework. This position offers impact across large transformation programs in a dynamic, agile environment. Responsabilidades Act as Senior Project Manager for Direct Procurement processes in SAP S/4 HANA and GEP Nexxe; align with Demand-to-Pay and governance standards Represent Diagnostics Direct Procurement in global workshops, fit-to-template sessions, and agile ceremonies Lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives and influence stakeholders across functions Analyze current-state E2 E Direct Procurement processes and identify improvement opportunities Design optimized future-state processes aligned with global standards and scalable models Elicit and translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP S/4 HANA and GEP Nexxe Lead fit-to-template and fit-gap sessions to align system capabilities with business needs Develop data-driven business cases and quantify impact for process improvements Support deployment activities, training input, go-live readiness, and change management Monitor KPIs and governance, document lessons learned and promote best practices Requisitos principales End-to-end procurement process expertise with Demand-to-Pay knowledge Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA (MM/Procurement) and GEP Nexxe Experience in global transformation programs within matrix organizations Strong analytical, business process analysis, and requirement engineering skills Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities Experience with agile delivery models (SAFe, Scrum) and change management Financial acumen with business case development and value realization tracking Ability to lead without formal authority in cross-functional, general setups Strong communication and facilitation Stakeholder engagement and influencing ability Change management and adaptability SAP S/4 HANA (MM/Procurement) GEP Nexxe BPMN and process documentation (SOPs, RACI)
