Overview As Senior Analyst - Integral Product in Santander CIB, you will own front-office product delivery for Global Cash Management. You’ll translate client needs and regulatory dynamics into global product strategies and evolving solutions. You’ll collaborate with origination teams, COOs, and cross-functional partners to drive end-to-end delivery, measurement, and go-to-market execution. digital assets, AI, and platform-based approaches; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Kyriba is preferred. * Lead end-to-end product delivery including ideation, business case, governance, funding, scoping, approvals, and go-to-market coordination. * Manage in-life performance through KPIs and data aggregation to guide product evolution and capex requests. * Collaborate with Origination teams and other stakeholders to build and prioritize the product development pipeline.
