In this role, you help Iberia’s industrial customers turn automation into a strategic advantage by guiding practical transformation journeys from standalone projects to connected, intelligent operations. You act as a trusted advisor, blending commercial leadership with process automation and value-based consulting to create phased roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes today and prepare plants for tomorrow. You shape industrial context with technical specialists so data is understandable, reusable, and valuable across applications, sites, and teams.

Responsabilidades
- Shape customer transformation and value creation through phased roadmaps
- Grow strategic accounts and create new business in Iberia
- Champion open and software-defined automation architectures with solution architects and experts
- Own opportunities from discovery to closure including value proposition, risk assessment, proposals, and negotiation
- Mobilize the full ecosystem around a coherent vision and execution plan
- Build trusted-advisor relationships by communicating complex concepts to operational,



engineering and executive audiences
- Drive disciplined commercial execution using CRM data and opportunity governance

Requisitos principales
- Seven+ years in industrial automation projects, technical sales, consulting, business development or strategic account management
- Technical background in industrial automation, control systems or related engineering discipline
- Working knowledge of PLC/RTU modernization, DCS/SCADA, ESD and industrial software; familiarity with open/software-defined automation
- Knowledge of Level 3 and optimization apps (OTS, APC, MES, Batch) is a plus
- Awareness of industrial cybersecurity and NIS2, with ability to discuss secure OT architectures
- Experience developing value propositions, commercial strategies and account plans; strong negotiation skills
- Proven ability to communicate across operations, engineering and executive levels; multidisciplinary team coordination
- Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese valued; CRM (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft 365 experience; comfort with AI productivity tools
- Willingness to travel across Spain and Portugal
