As a Senior Data Analyst / Data Scientist, you turn data into decision-ready insights to guide user acquisition, retention, and monetization. You will partner with game teams to illuminate user behavior, design robust data models, and craft clear dashboards for stakeholders. You’ll explore ML for behavioral segmentation and monetization, and prototype AI-driven analytics to accelerate reporting. This role sits at the core of Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile’s data-driven mission to elevate mobile F2P games.

Responsabilidades
- Turn data into actionable insights to influence acquisition, retention, and monetization decisions
- Collaborate with game teams to answer key business questions and support A/B test design and analysis
- Build and maintain reliable data models and pipelines for self-serve analytics
- Develop machine learning solutions for behavioral segmentation and monetization
- Create Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the studio
- Debug, document,



and version work using GitLab with CI/CD practices
- Present results to senior stakeholders and promote best analytical practices
- Explore AI/GenAI applications to accelerate analysis and uncover new player insights
- Stay current with ML/DS/GenAI trends and contribute to team knowledge
- Contribute to the team’s knowledge base and culture

Requisitos principales
- Master's in a quantitative field; PhD a plus
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in mobile gaming
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Amazon Redshift) and dbt
- Solid experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
- Git/GitLab for version control and CI/CD workflows
- Strong, advanced statistics for skewed data; experience in predictive analytics and segmentation
- Clear communication, data storytelling, and stakeholder-facing reporting
