Reporting to the Global Head Talent & Culture, you will lead the global Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda and take direct responsibility for senior management and executive recruitment across the organization.
In this highly visible role, you will work closely with the senior business leaders (including Executive Committee) and the global HR community.
You will establish robust and pragmatic talent processes, strengthen leadership pipelines and succession, promote an inclusive culture,
