In this role you oversee general clinical trial budgets and lead contract negotiations with sites and sponsors. You act as the primary contact for investigators and sponsors, ensuring timely completion of contractual documents. You establish project timelines and drive team goals to meet operational and financial targets. You develop complex contracting strategies and provide templates, systems, and training to support proposal development. This position blends negotiation, budgeting, and strategic contracting to advance clinical research programs in a global setting.

Responsabilidades

- Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage clinical trial agreements with sites and sponsors
- Serve as primary point of contact for investigative sites and sponsors
- Track completion of all contractual documents for sites




- Establish and manage project timelines
- Set and monitor team goals; deliver on operational/financial performance
- Develop complex contracting strategies and coordinate investigator grants as applicable
- Develop contract and budget templates, contracting systems, tools, processes, and training materials

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s Degree in Scientific discipline or Healthcare
- 3 to 5 years xkdbapo of relevant experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to challenge
- Thorough understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development process
- Goal oriented, self-starter with ability to work independently
