As the commercialization lead, you will drive launch readiness and ongoing product success for IN100x across commercial, operations, clinical, regulatory, and quality teams. You will translate strategy into action, coordinating cross-functional activities to bring a breakthrough neurotechnology to patients. Expect to manage launch deployment, customer onboarding, and lifecycle improvements while influencing stakeholders and ensuring messaging aligns with approved claims. Responsabilidades

- Lead launch readiness for IN100x, coordinating deployment planning, site onboarding, inventory forecasting, and distribution
- Track milestones and align cross-functional teams to drive execution
- Develop customer-facing materials and communications, support scientific congresses and events, ensure messaging aligns with claims




- Support customer onboarding, handle complaints and returns, and manage approved product updates and labeling changes
- Identify risks to customer experience or product availability and drive mitigation
- Monitor adoption and performance, translate data into actionable insights for decision-making

Requisitos principales

- Experience supporting product launches or commercialization programs
- Bachelor in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 5+ years in medical devices, healthcare tech, or related regulated industry
- 3+ years of cross-functional project management
- Experience creating customer-facing content and coordinating events or congresses
- Strong project and stakeholder management with ability to influence without formal authority
