Investment Banking Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research. You'll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required. Scope of Work * Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training. * Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis. * Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models. * Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials. * Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies. * Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions,



and transaction sensitivities. * Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts. Preferred Qualifications * Experience as a Senior Associate or Vice President in M&A;, investment banking, or industry coverage. * Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes. * Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis. * Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation. * Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
