Role overview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive People Intern to join our team, with a focus on People Operations and Employee Relations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across various HR functions, supporting day‑to‑day operations while contributing to employee experience initiatives in a dynamic, fast‑growing tech environment.





Key responsibilities:

- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Help coordinate internal HR communications and documentation (contracts, policies, etc.).
- Support the administration of benefits, leaves, and employee requests.
- Collaborate on internal initiatives to promote engagement, culture, and employee well‑being.
- Participate in employee relations cases and follow‑up, under guidance from the team.
- Help prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and KPIs.
- Work closely with the wider People team to support ad‑hoc projects and process improvements.

What makes you a great fit:
