At Factorial, we're looking for a senior Marketing Manager to own and scale our UK go-to-market engine.
You'll own the UK marketing and demand generation strategy across the full funnel, from awareness and acquisition to pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth.
This is a commercial marketing role, not a channel-specific position. You'll identify growth opportunities, define where we should invest, manage budgets, and build scalable programs that connect marketing activity directly to pipeline, MRR, and revenue.
You'll work across online and offline channels, including paid media, CRM, inbound, outbound, ABM, events, webinars, content, partnerships, and brand activations. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, Partnerships, RevOps, Product Marketing, Growth, and other Marketing teams to build a connected UK growth engine.
We're looking for a senior, commercially minded marketer with deep UK market experience who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, make data-driven investment decisions, and build repeatable solutions that scale.




About the team ðOur General Expansion team is responsible for building and scaling Factorial's presence across international markets.
As part of the UK Marketing & Demand Generation team, you'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Product Marketing, CRM, Paid, Content, Events, and other Marketing teams. You'll have significant ownership over the UK market strategy, with the autonomy to identify opportunities, define priorities, allocate budget, test new channels, and scale the initiatives that generate the strongest commercial impact. What you'll do ðOwn the UK marketing and demand generation strategy, aligned with pipeline, MRR, and revenue targets.
Build and execute an integrated multi-channel marketing plan across paid, CRM, inbound, outbound, ABM, events, webinars, content, partnerships, and offline activations.
