Responsibilities
Responsibility for smooth business operations as well as operational leadership
Enhancing the gastronomic experience and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests
Compliance with and optimization of quality standards & HACCP
Leading, motivating, and further developing the F&B; outlets
Requirements
~ Completed vocational training in the hotel/catering industry
~ Additional qualification/degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or comparable is an advantage




~3–4 years of professional experience as an F&B; Manager or in a comparable position with leadership responsibility
~ Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
