Fantastic opportunity for an experienced 2nd Stew/Chief Stew to join a 70m+ MY with a private/charter program, lovely owners and a welcoming crew. This is a unique rotational position where the successful candidate will alternate between the Chief Stew and 2nd Stew roles. You'll spend 4 months as Chief Stew, followed by 2 months' leave, then return for 4 months as 2nd Stew, rotating with the vessel's current Chief Stew and 2nd Stew.
The adecuado candidate will have solid experience as a 2nd Stew on larger yachts, ideally within a busy charter program. We're also open to Chief Stews from smaller vessels who are comfortable stepping between the Chief Stew and 2nd Stew positions.
We're looking for someone who is particularly strong in service,



has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in creating beautiful table settings and décor. If you love getting creative with theme nights and bringing something extra to the guest experience during charters, you'll thrive in this role.
The yacht operates a single-season program, with winters spent in Barcelona.
Personality and team fit are important. You'll need to be a confident, bubbly team player who works well with others and is comfortable handling strong personalities within a busy environment. Start date 1st November.€6000 - €6500 DOE.4:2 rotation.
