Understand, develop and optimize workflows that interconnect client's IT systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration across departments.
Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in creating project plans, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables together with Munich Re Automation Solutions (MRAS).
Cybersecurity and Compliance: Ensure all technological solutions meet cybersecurity standards, including configurations for servers, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between clients, IT, underwriting, operations, and MRAS to align technical solutions with business needs.
Production Monitoring: Oversee live operations to ensure the effective performance of implemented solutions, troubleshooting and improving systems as needed.
Workshops and Training: Organize workshops focusing on system integration, underwriting, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
5-10 years in IT consulting or project management with a focus on life or health insurance or financial services.




Strong background in database management, system integration, and analytics.
Proven success in managing IT projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Proficient in agile project management and DevOps principles.
Knowledge of IT security measures, including certificate management and network security.
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Italian or Portuguese would be an advantage.
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
Experience in data analytics and cloud-based IT solutions.
Background in underwriting or operational process improvement in life or health insurance.
