Main purpose of the role
Contribute to the Competence Center purpose by driving the efficiency and sustainability of Sales tools and maximizing their value for the business.
The Commercial Excellence Specialist connects Sales needs, data, technology and AI to practical solutions that help teams make better decisions, prepare better for customers and sell more. The role works closely with Sales users to understand their needs, promote adoption and effective use of current solutions, identify improvement opportunities, perform hands‐on data analysis and contribute to the development and implementation of new capabilities. It also accelerates Everyday AI and data‐driven ways of working. The Specialist delivers assigned initiatives with autonomy, while priorities, roadmaps and strategic decisions remain aligned with the Commercial Solutions Manager and relevant solution owners.

Business Partnering & Opportunity Identification




Work closely with Sales teams to understand priorities and day‐to‐day challenges.
Constructively challenge current ways of working and identify opportunities where data, technology and AI can improve customer preparation, decision‐making and commercial execution.
Commercial Tools Adoption & Business Value
Drive adoption and effective use of current Sales tools and solutions.
Support users, monitor usage, remove barriers and promote best practices.
Help teams obtain tangible business value from the solutions.
Contribute to efficiency and sustainability of assigned Sales tools through functional support, reliable documentation, appropriate controls and continuous improvement.
Help ensure tools remain aligned with evolving business needs.

Translate identified business needs into requirements, analyses, business cases and solution proposals.
