Job Description:Job Title: Accounting AnalystJob SummaryThe Accounting Analyst supports the Finance department in performing daily accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial records.

This junior role focuses on assisting with routine accounting tasks, basic analysis, and supporting month-end close, tax, and audit processes under supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord supplier invoices, employee expenses, and banking transactions in the accounting system.Assist with account reconciliations and basic accounting analysis.Support the preparation and submission of recurring tax filings.Maintain and organize accounting documentation and records.Provide support during the monthly closing process for STI Spain and its subsidiaries.Assist in gathering documentation for internal and external audits.Perform other administrative and accounting support tasks as required.Required QualificationsEducation: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting,



or a related field.Experience: 1-2 year of experience in accounting, internships or trainee roles will be valued.Languages: English (B1 level).Technical skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.Preferred QualificationsStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Good organizational skills and sense of responsibility.Ability to follow procedures and work with accuracy.Proactive attitude and eagerness to develop accounting knowledge.Team player with good communication skills.Basic understanding of accounting principles.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.At Array Tech, Inc, we strive to lead with our culture and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
