Essential Functions of the jobDrive the development of the Zanubrutinib (Brukinsa) marketing strategy, including omnichannel marketing activities.
Contribute to cross-functional creation of national brand plans, and provide input on marketing tactics at a national level in alignment with international brand planPartner with local teams in the development and execution of marketing pre-launch and launch activitiesWork with agencies, Sales teams and external stakeholders to design and develop customer-centric promotional tools/materials or carry out local adaptations for asset from other countries,



owning the development process from beginning to endIdentify agencies/vendors/technologies/tools that can benefit the execution of tacticsParticipate and support local teams in preparing BeOne presence at national and international congresses, scientific meetings, symposia and workshopsIn close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Market Access, Medical, Commercial Operations and Business Analytics etc.) generate relevant Market Insights (Market Research, Commercial Ad-boards etc.) that help develop targeted tactics and show impact of implemented toolsContribute to Commercial Operations activities such as (by not limited to) launch readiness tracking, Business Review preparation, Customer Relationship Management system implementation and roll-outPlan and run regular trainings and updates for Key Account Managers (KAMs), partnering with Medical Affairs and Learning & DevelopmentOwn and manage the Marketing budget; own project management
