How you will make an impact Prepare and managetenders, bids, estimates and quotationsin line with customer requirements and internal targets.
Define optimaltechnical and commercial solutions, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness and profitability.
Develop and manage thefull cost model, including pricing, cash flow and tender budget.
Lead and coordinatecross-functional tender teams, ensuring timely and high-quality inputs.
Identify, assess and managerisks and opportunities, leading the Risk Review process according to Hitachi Energy governance.
Support and, when required, leadtechnical and commercial negotiationswith customers.




Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, tax, insurance, SCM) to ensure aligned and compliant offers.
Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors in cooperation with Supply Chain.
Ensure properdocumentation, reporting, and handoverof won orders to the execution teams.
Maintain strongcustomer relationshipsthroughout the tendering and sales process.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.
Your background
University Degree in a relevant field.
Min 3 yearsin tendering, sales or commercial roles within project-based environments (power grids, offshore, EPC preferred).
Strong knowledge ofcommercial terms & conditionsand risk management. Solid understanding ofelectric power systems.
Proven ability to work incross-functional and international teams.
