Senior Procurement & Commercial Manager Introduction An international organization operating in the energy sector is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement & Commercial Manager to lead procurement and commercial activities across major projects in Southern Europe. The role will focus on sourcing strategy, contractor management, contract negotiations, and cost optimization, acting as a key link between technical, commercial, and project delivery teams. Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end procurement activities for Balance of Plant (BoP) and infrastructure packages, including RFQs, tender management, bid evaluation, supplier selection, and contract negotiations. * Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies to support project delivery, cost optimization, and long-term growth objectives. * Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and business development teams to optimize cost models and support project feasibility assessments. * Monitor construction and infrastructure markets across Europe, providing insights on contractor capacity, material cost trends, and supply chain risks.
