Description - J Job Summary The Sales Center Lead manages the Barcelona Sales Center as a multi-country hub for HP-employed teams across EMEA, ensuring consistent enablement, workforce alignment, and operational effectiveness across country-owned teams operating within the site. The role will collaborate closely with the WW Sales Center Director & the Country Sales teams to manage the day to day Sales Center executions within the site in alignment with the commercial objectives. Responsibilities Sales Center Operations & Governance * Establishes the operating framework for SC functions, defining expectations, workflows, and country-specific performance measures. * Build a unified HP site culture across multiple country organizations * Oversees the adoption and continuous improvement of SC operational standards, ensuring Sales Managers apply practices effectively. * Align country leaders on priorities, capacity allocation, and operating cadence * Drives operational governance to ensure clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution.



Sales Enablement & Performance Enhancement * Builds and maintains a robust enablement environment, ensuring teams have effective tools, learning programs, system support, and incentives. * Standardize onboarding, training, certification, and tool adoption for HP teams * Drive productivity improvement through best practice sharing across teams * Consolidate KPI visibility and highlight performance gaps across teams * Continuously evaluates enablement resources and collaborates with leadership to implement improvements that enhance sales productivity. * Supports development of capability-building programs that strengthen sales readiness and operational excellence. Facilities, Site Operations & Expansion * Oversees SC site operations, including maintenance, operational readiness, equipment planning, and workplace standards. * Coordinate hiring plans, headcount allocation, and ramp schedules with countries * Leads SC expansion activities
