Overview

As Team Leader - Field Service Engineers in Spain, you will blend people leadership with operational excellence to drive service performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a team responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of TOMRA’s sorting solutions, while also pursuing service sales opportunities and improvements. Your role balances people development with hands-on service leadership to enable sustainable growth. Responsabilidades

- Lead and develop a team of Field Service Engineers across Spain
- Oversee onboarding, performance management and career development
- Coordinate workloads, schedules and field coverage for efficiency and wellbeing
- Drive customer satisfaction, service quality, and loyalty
- Identify service sales opportunities and support commercial growth
- Manage dispatching, planning, and resource allocation
- Support technical escalations and complex issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational projects




- Participate in cross-functional projects and change initiatives
- Engage in customer meetings and service reviews when required

Requisitos principales

- Experience as Field Service Engineer or similar internal service function
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of field service operations and service delivery processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel within Spain and up to 30–50% in Europe
- Bachelor in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience with CRM, ERP or Field Service Management systems desirable
- Valid driving license and passport
