What you will do * Oversee the full transaction lifecycle, from reservation agreements to final registration * Draft and review deposit agreements, reservations, and purchase options * Conduct thorough due diligence: land registry checks, encumbrances, urban planning, community status, occupancy certificates, and energy performance certificates * Coordinate seamlessly with notaries, financial institutions, and legal/administrative partners * Manage tax settlements (ITP, AJD, capital gains, IRNR for non-residents) * Provide direct, high-touch service to both buyers and sellers, with a strong international client focus What we are looking for * 3+ years’ experience as a notary officer, real estate paralegal,
