Addresses, responds and resolves to customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance. Provide response in a timely manner to customers queries and focuses on building close long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities & Tasks Delivers training to OEM´s and assemblers as per request and business needs. Deploys high level knowledge in the market and collect information for corrective action & improvement. Takes control of OEM´s claim by escalating to key company areas if necessary. Coordinates with Supply Chain department for parts pick-ups and replacement shipments. Guides customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.



Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem. Prepares customer reports to track progress on improvement actions Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills Bike industry or mechatronic background is important Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent interpersonal and computer skills Proficient in customer focus skills Professional and pleasant telephone and face to face manner Availability to travel and visit customers when required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and organizational skills this Is a Great Match If You Are proficient or bilingual in German plus an advanced level of English High School graduate or Higher Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' need At least 3 years' experience in customer service environment CMS Office Package
