Responsibilities:
- act as the senior finance leader for Southern Europe, partnering closely with regional management and country leadership teams,
- provide financial insight and challenge to support strategic decision-making and operational performance,
- support regional growth initiatives, investments, and cost optimization programs,
- ensure accurate and timely statutory financial statements for Spain, Portugal, and Italy,
- oversee compliance with local GAAP, tax regulations, and medical services industry requirements,
- coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and local authorities,
- ensure robust internal controls and adherence to company policies,
- lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and management reporting processes,
- monitor financial performance versus budget, forecast, and prior year,
- analyze variances and drive corrective actions with business stakeholders,
- ensure consistent application of controlling standards and KPIs across all countries,
- own the regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes,
- provide actionable insights on revenue, margin, cost structure, and cash flow,
- support pricing, contract profitability, and service line performance analysis,
- lead, develop, and motivate a finance team of up to 15 FTE across the region,




- drive standardization, automation, and efficiency across finance processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field,
- professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred,
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles,
- proven experience in statutory reporting, controlling, and FP&A;,
- experience managing multi-country operations, ideally in Southern Europe,
- background in medical services, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated service industries is highly desirable,
- demonstrated experience leading and developing medium-sized finance teams,
- strong technical accounting and financial analysis expertise,
- excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills,
- ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a mid-sized business environment,
- strong communication skills across multicultural and multilingual environments,
- fluent English and Spanish required.
