and other channels * Conduct outbound calls to educate prospects about EOR services and schedule meetings or demos * Qualify leads and collect essential information to evaluate fit * Collaborate with sales to develop lead-gen and pipeline strategies * Maintain accurate CRM records of activities and interactions * Provide feedback to marketing on campaigns and opportunities for improvement * Stay informed on industry trends to position EOR offerings effectively * Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes * Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and revenue Requisitos principales * Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) * Proven experience in sales development or lead generation * Strong written and verbal communication with prospect engagement and rapport-building * Excellent phone etiquette and resilience with objections * Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented * Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools * Team player with ability to manage multiple priorities * Knowledge of EOR or HR outsourcing is a plus * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Dutch language skills required * communi
