Compito
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of vehicles and engines for test benches.
- Inspection, handling, assembly, disassembly, and installation of automotive parts.
- Activity management, teamwork, and warehouse inventory management.
- Operation of custom and calibration machinery, standard workshop tools, and precision power tools.
- Engine instrumentation to gather performance and quality data.
- Analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic vehicle faults.
- Work with hybrid and electric vehicles.
- Detailed compliance with the assembly and disassembly procedures established for the role.
- Maintenance and overhaul of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the workspace.
- Record keeping and control logging.
Profilo
You will succeed in this role if you have:
- Vocational Degree / Associate Degree (Grado Medio or Superior) in Automotive Mechanics, Electromechanics, or a related field.
- Experience working in a workshop / fast-fit mechanics.
- Punctuality and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work 90% morning shifts (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) and 10% afternoon shifts (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM).
- A valid driver’s license (Category B) and your own vehicle.
