Key Responsibilities: * Administer, monitor, and tune large scale distributed OceanBase for high performance and scalability. * Manage tenant/cluster resources (computing resources relocation and provisioning) in distributed OceanBase environments. * Quickly diagnose and resolve large-scale distributed DB issues using SRE/DB alert systems. * Participate in on-call rotation to handle emergency DB incidents and provide timely resolutions. * Review DB-related requests (data security, SQL impact on production) to prevent potential risks. * Follow company policies and development processes for database operations. Ensure data security, auditing, encryption, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness. Technical Requirements * Deep expertise in OceanBase, MySQL, and Oracle to ensure high availability, performance, and security of our large-scale distributed database systems. The idóneo candidate will have strong problem-solving skills. * Expert-level knowledge of database internals (ACID, storage engine, SQL engine, HA/DR, security), strong distributed OceanBase administration skills (OCP, obproxy, tenant/cluster management), and the ability to collaborate across teams to optimize database operations.
