compliance and ESG objectives; lead commercial negotiations * Incorporate ESG requirements across sourcing activities and verify partners align with Code of Sustainable Sourcing * Develop and manage regional sourcing roadmaps for assigned spend categories aligned with group policy; oversee initiative execution * Report sourcing savings and compliance; promote collaboration with Category Management to leverage synergies and negotiate higher volumes * Deploy and roll out category strategies regionally; drive performance and standardization * Lead No PO No Pay implementation with local stakeholder alignment and timely deliverables * Establish and maintain a supplier base to mitigate financial and operational risks; develop action plans for risk suppliers; ensure compliance with Group Purchasing Policy Requisitos principales * Academic degree or relevant commercial/technical education * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in purchasing and procurement techniques * Proven track record delivering value from strategic activities * Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives and
