?Some details about your department

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Partnership Manager to lead and strengthen relationships with our key partners such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and more. This role is essential in driving joint business opportunities, enabling our teams with partner solutions, and maximizing the value of our alliances. The Partnership Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to help clients uncover new growth opportunities through these partnerships.

? What we'd like you to do

Partner Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring strong, long-term collaboration built on trust and value.
Client Enablement: Work alongside MS teams to identify strategic opportunities for our clients, leveraging partner programs and solutions.
Business Development: Generate joint pipeline opportunities and support co-selling activities with partners.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, including revenue targets, go-to-market campaigns, and enablement activities.
Knowledge Sharing & Training: Enable internal teams with the latest partner updates, certifications, and solution expertise to ensure we stay ahead in the market.
Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs related to partner performance, reporting progress and opportunities to leadership.
Innovation Scouting: Stay up to date with product innovations and new solutions from partners, ensuring our clients benefit from the latest developments.

? What we'd like you to bring

Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Digital Ecosystem Knowledge: Solid understanding of the digital landscape across media, data, martech, cloud,



creative, and AI.
Commercial & Negotiation Acumen: Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build partnerships that generate measurable business impact.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with both external partners and internal account teams.
Languages: Highly bilingual in English (both written and spoken).
Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach with a focus on metrics such as pipeline contribution and revenue attribution.
Strategic Mindset & Communication: Proactive, strategic thinker with high-level communication and presentation abilities.
