Responsibilities * Own the pipeline generation strategy for a portfolio of strategic partners in Spain, aligning business plans with shared revenue goals. * Design and execute joint GTM initiatives across multiple channels (events, webinars, campaigns, partner enablement, outbound plays and other growth initiatives) to generate qualified pipeline. * Partner closely with Partner Account Managers to identify pipeline gaps, define growth opportunities and continuously optimize partner performance. * Track, analyze and improve pipeline performance through CRM dashboards, monitoring funnel conversion, pipeline creation, influenced revenue and ROI. * Build scalable demand‑generation playbooks that can be replicated across partners and continuously test new growth initiatives. * Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and reporting. * Act as the main owner of pipeline‑generation performance for your partner portfolio. Qualifications * Native Spanish and excellent English.
