German-Speaking Sales Executive – Barcelona

We are looking for a German-Speaking Sales Executive to join an international team based in Barcelona .

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle , from identifying and qualifying potential SMB clients to presenting digital advertising solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and qualify potential SMB clients

- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn

- Understand client needs and present suitable digital advertising solutions

- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

- Work towards individual and team revenue targets

- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within the CRM system

Requirements

-

- C2-level German

- C1-level English

- Previous experience in outbound sales, business development,



or cold calling

- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

- Target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-oriented sales environment

- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred

- Previous exposure to digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar solutions would be considered a plus

Working Model

- Location: Barcelona, Spain

- Employment: Full-time

- Hybrid model: 3 days per week in xhfqzwm the Barcelona office and 2 days working from home

Compensation

-

- Base salary: €26,710 gross/year

- Performance bonus: Up to €4,290 gross/year at 100% target achievement

- Additional earning potential may be available depending on individual performance
