Where You'll Make a Difference

- Develop and enhance forecasting, predictive analytics, and decision-support solutions that improve planning performance and business outcomes.
- Analyze demand patterns, seasonality, market trends, and key business drivers to generate actionable insights.
- Drive forecast accuracy improvements by identifying sources of bias and recommending process enhancements.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators,



and analytical tools that support data-driven decision making.
- Partner with Demand Planning, Commercial, Supply Planning, Information Technology, and external stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
- Prepare, validate, and analyze large, complex datasets to support forecasting, scenario planning, and performance management activities.
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain statistical and machine learning models that address business needs and improve planning capabilities.
- Support end-to-end project delivery, including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, adoption, and knowledge
