Main Responsibilities
Independently process German Payroll End-to-End, ensuring accurate and timely delivery according to agreed payroll calendars and KPIs.
Perform payroll and HR data management activities in line with agreed SLAs and quality standards.
Support statutory, year-end and payroll reporting activities.
Apply strong knowledge of German payroll processes and country-specific requirements to resolve payroll queries and issues.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to knowledge
